BEFORE YOU BOOK

Do I need to provide power?
No — Buscade runs on an onboard solar power system. For most daytime events no hookup needed. For nighttime or extended events we may need access to a standard outdoor outlet — we'll confirm at booking.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your date. Weekend dates — especially Saturdays May through August — book out weeks ahead. We recommend at least 2–3 weeks minimum.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem with 14+ days notice. Your $100 deposit moves to the new date — no penalty. Last-minute changes are handled case by case and we'll always try to work with you.
Is it really a 5-star experience?
Every single review. The bus interior looks like a premium arcade — neon LEDs, full A/C, 100+ games. Parents are always shocked at how nice it is inside.
Can adults play too, or just kids?
All ages love it. Corporate team events are one of our most popular bookings. Adults are honestly often harder to pull away from the games than the kids.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Square. $100 deposit confirms your date, balance due 14 days prior. Corporate and school events can request invoice and PO billing.
