How the Bus Works

ONE BUS, THREE MODES

Every station can be configured three ways depending on your package. Run as classic retro arcade, hook up PS5 / Xbox X / Nintendo Switch 2, or power as full PC gaming stations. Mix and match — we can run multiple modes at the same event.

UP TO 2 PLAYERS PER STATION

Each of the 8 stations supports up to 2 players simultaneously — 16 guests active at any moment. Our game host rotates larger groups in and out continuously.

☀️ SOLAR POWERED

We run on an onboard solar power system. Most daytime events need zero hookup at your location.

⚡ Nighttime & extended events: When solar capacity is limited, we need a standard outdoor outlet with an extension cord. Confirmed at booking — no surprises.

ABOUT PACKAGES

The Base Pack ($249) is arcade only — retro and indie games across all 8 stations. The Starter Pack ($299) adds console gaming (PS5, Xbox X, Nintendo Switch 2) and custom game curation for your crowd. Both are 90-minute sessions. Starter is the better fit if you want modern titles alongside the retro experience.
Yes — with Starter, Level Up and Business packages, we can mix modes however works best for your crowd. For example: 4 stations arcade, 4 stations console. Just tell us your preferences when you book and we'll set it up.
Just mention it in your booking request. Tell us how long you'd like and we'll include a custom quote. We accommodate 2-hour, 3-hour, half-day and full-day events regularly. Extended sessions are quoted individually based on your needs and date.
Buscade runs on an onboard solar power system — making us fully self-sufficient for most daytime events with no hookup required. For nighttime events or longer sessions where solar capacity is limited, we'll need access to a standard outdoor outlet with an extension cord. We'll confirm this at booking — no surprises on event day.
Buscade is not a babysitting service. Our game host manages the gaming experience — game selection, rotations, and the flow of play. However, parents and guardians remain fully responsible for their children at all times. We ask that a responsible adult remain on-site for any event involving minors.
Mainly the number of machines and tokens included. One machine works for smaller events — two or three keeps wait times down for larger groups. All tiers include prize stock and setup. Additional tokens available on-site if you run low.

Prices shown are base rates for events within the Scottsdale area. A travel fee may apply beyond 25 miles. Include your event address in the booking request and we'll factor it into your quote — always upfront, never a surprise on event day.
